a set of Bianchi handlebars/stem combo. was told it was new old stock, but appears it may be a rechrome. It is done really well, but there are small indentations around where the brake levers were placed. Chrome is beautiful. great for your 1930s-1950s Bianchi city bike. I have a 1939 Bianchi with these handlebars that won an award at Cirque du Cyclisme a few years ago. We also have a late 1950s Bianchi with Campagnolo Sport rear derailleur and these handlebars. Uses the headclip type headset to hold handlebars in place. On one end, it looks as if someone was going to cut the handlebars, but stopped, just on the surface, not deep at all, just basically took the chrome off. Handlebar grips can cover this. $90.00
